vdot is led by Lauren Lyons, an aerospace engineer and operations executive with 19 years experience in technical, programmatic, and creative roles in deep tech. Cherry-picking lessons learned from her time at places like SpaceX, Firefly, Blue Origin, NASA/JPL, she founded vdot to help Make Space Easy, and to do it via flexible work arrangements that empower individuals to balance professional impact with personal freedom and quality of life.
